Our Immigration Services

Asylum
People born outside the United States may be able to remain in this country if they have experienced past harm or fear returning to their home country. We can help you with your asylum case in front of the Asylum Office, Immigration Court or the Board of Immigration Appeals.

Humanitarian Cases
United States immigration law provides special protection for children who have been abandoned, for domestic violence victims and for victims of crime.  If you are such a person, you may be eligible for a special visa.  We can carefully guide you through any one of these humanitarian processes so you can be safe.

Immigration Court
Has the United States Government asked you to come to Immigration Court? If so, we may be able to help you explain why you should be allowed to stay in the United States through your family, asylum or other immigration programs.

Immigration Detention
Do you have a family member in the custody of the Department of Homeland Security? We can assist with bond hearings, custody reviews as well as facilitate communication with the Office of Enforcement and Removal regarding medical conditions in the detention facilities.

Family Immigration & Citizenship
Are you planning to marry someone born outside the United States, would you like to bring a family member to this country or do you want to become a citizen of the United States? We can help with “Green Card” applications in this country or at a United States Consulate abroad as well as with the naturalization process.

Employment Immigration
Do you have skills that make you attractive to U.S. businesses?  Do you work for a U.S. business and desire to hire a foreign worker but don’t know how to begin the immigration process? We can help with both temporary and permanent employment based immigration applications.

I-9 Compliance
Are you an employer with questions about the I-9 form? Do you worry about which documents are acceptable proof of employment authorization in the event of an audit of your business?  We can help answer any questions you have about your existing employees and files before an audit.
